Pinwheel flowers free tutorial

Pinwheel flower tutorial using the new Tilda collection called Daisyfield, this collection is packed full of gorgeous colours, from mustard yellows, warm browns and blues

Using a SewEasy 90 degree patchwork triangle ruler, this project is super simple

Choose 4 of your favourite fabrics from the collection, and cut out four triangles

Fold each triangle RST, leaving a 2" gap for turning, snip corners, turn right side out and press. Hand sew up the gap

Lay the four triangles together as shown below, work your way around, folding each triangle in half to meet the centre.

Add a super cute button to the centre, to hold in place.

Cut a 6" square of felt, and glue to the reverse to hold the triangles in place

Add a simple hanging hook to the reverse, so your gorgeous pinwheel can be hung anywhere
